floating pricing uses a 0.68% service margin and follows market movement during conversion;
fixed pricing uses a 1.08% service margin and can hold quoted conditions for up to 12 minutes.
A displayed estimate is not a guarantee that market conditions, route liquidity or network costs will remain unchanged outside the applicable quote conditions. The live order and exchange form are authoritative for the current route.

Processing Times and Blockchain Confirmations
Typical processing is 5–21 minutes after the required source-network confirmations under normal conditions. This is a typical range, not a guaranteed completion time.
Processing can take longer because of factors such as:
slow or congested blockchain conditions;
a deposit that has not reached the required confirmation state;
temporary route or liquidity conditions;
a mismatch in amount or network details;
a transaction-risk or compliance review;
payout-side blockchain delays.

Minimums, Maximums and Route Availability
The service-wide starting minimum is from $9 equivalent and the service-wide maximum is up to 6 BTC equivalent per exchange. Individual routes can have different live limits based on liquidity, network or provider conditions.
Automated exchange flow is available 24/7, but an individual pair or network can be temporarily unavailable. The live form is authoritative for the current route, amount range and network availability.
Network and Address Responsibility
Users are responsible for checking that:
the correct asset is selected;
the source network matches the deposit route;
the destination network matches the receiving wallet where applicable;
the destination address supports the selected asset and network;
the amount sent matches the order instructions.
Blockchain transactions can be irreversible. Sending an asset on the wrong network, to an incompatible address or with incorrect order details can delay processing and may require manual handling or recovery steps when recovery is technically possible.

Third-Party and Blockchain Dependencies
Exchange execution can depend on blockchain networks, liquidity sources, routing infrastructure and other technical providers. exchangenokyc.io cannot make a blockchain confirm a transaction faster or guarantee that an external network or route will remain continuously available.

Conditional Verification
The standard eligible crypto-to-crypto flow is designed to begin without routine KYC and without a conventional trading account. Conditional review may still apply under AML, KYT, sanctions, fraud or other transaction-risk controls.

Refunds
When an exchange cannot be completed before payout and the applicable order supports a refund, funds may be returned to a user-provided refund address.
Refund timing depends on factors such as blockchain status, order review and applicable network fees. A refund is a separate blockchain transaction and should not be treated as reversal of the original confirmed deposit.

Market and Crypto Risk
Cryptocurrency prices can change quickly. A user may receive an asset whose market value changes immediately after the exchange is completed.
