AML & Conditional Verification Policy
Exchange No KYC is designed around a low-friction crypto-to-crypto exchange flow. For a standard eligible order, conventional account registration and routine KYC are not the default starting requirements.
At the same time, transaction-specific compliance and risk controls can still apply. This policy explains the difference between routine onboarding and conditional review.
Routine KYC Is Not the Standard Starting Step
A standard eligible exchange can begin by selecting the send and receive assets, entering the destination details, creating the order and funding it from a crypto wallet. The service does not require every user to create a conventional trading profile before seeing or starting an eligible crypto-to-crypto route.
This is the basis for the site's without routine KYC, without registration and no conventional account positioning.
It is not a promise that verification can never be requested for any transaction.
When Conditional Review May Apply
A particular order may be reviewed when transaction-risk controls identify a reason for additional checks. The working service policy allows conditional review under areas such as:
anti-money-laundering controls (AML);
Know Your Transaction / transaction monitoring (KYT);
sanctions screening;
fraud or abuse prevention;
other transaction-risk review.
The fact that an exchange route normally starts without routine KYC does not disable these controls.
What AML, KYT and KYC Mean Here
| Term | Role in the exchange flow |
|---|---|
| AML | Controls intended to identify and manage money-laundering and related transaction risk |
| KYT | Transaction-focused screening or analysis of blockchain activity and risk signals |
| KYC | Identity-focused verification that may be requested when a specific review requires it |
The important distinction is that KYT can evaluate transaction risk without routine KYC being required for every user at the start. A transaction-specific review can nevertheless lead to a request for additional information or identity verification.
What May Happen During a Review
When a transaction is subject to review, processing can take longer than the normal automated route. The typical service processing range of 5–21 minutes applies after required confirmations under normal conditions and is not a guarantee when compliance review or other exceptions are involved.
Depending on the specific review, the service or relevant provider may request information needed to evaluate the transaction. This can include transaction context or identity verification where the review requires it.
The service does not publish a universal claim that every review has the same requirements or outcome.
If Verification Is Requested
A request for verification should be treated as transaction-specific rather than as a contradiction of the site's standard no-routine-KYC flow.
If requested information is not provided, the affected order may remain unresolved or follow the handling path available for that transaction and provider. The exact result can depend on the order state, route and applicable review requirements.
For a user-focused explanation, see why a no-KYC exchange may request verification.
No Guaranteed Anonymity or Untraceability
Exchange No KYC does not define "no KYC" as guaranteed anonymity, invisibility on a blockchain or immunity from transaction monitoring.
Different blockchains expose different transaction information. Public-network addresses and transaction hashes can remain visible on their respective chains, while privacy-oriented networks use different transaction models.
Commercial pair pages may target private or anonymous exchange search intent, but the service does not make absolute claims such as "100% anonymous," "untraceable" or "KYC can never occur."
User Responsibilities
Users must not use the service to evade applicable controls or to support fraudulent, sanctioned or otherwise prohibited activity.
When an order or review requests information, users are responsible for providing accurate details relevant to that transaction. Users are also responsible for verifying the asset, network, amount and destination details before sending funds.
