Terms of Use
These Terms of Use apply to access to exchangenokyc.io and use of its crypto-to-crypto exchange functionality, pair pages, Wiki guides and related website features.
By creating or funding an exchange order, you agree to follow the order instructions shown for the selected route and to use the service only for lawful purposes.
Service Description
Exchange No KYC provides instant crypto-to-crypto exchange routes. A user selects a send asset and receive asset, enters the required destination details, reviews the available quote, creates an order, sends the deposit and receives the converted asset at the destination entered for the order.
The standard eligible flow is designed to begin without conventional account registration or routine KYC. Conditional review may still apply as described in the AML & Conditional Verification Policy.
Creating an Exchange Order
Before funding an order, you are responsible for reviewing the information shown in the exchange form, including where applicable:
send asset;
receive asset;
source network;
destination network;
exchange amount;
estimated receive amount;
rate type;
deposit details;
receiving address;
refund address, if the order flow requests one.
You should send funds only after confirming that the order details match the wallet and network you intend to use.
Rates and Quote Conditions
Where available, the service can offer fixed or floating pricing.
Floating rate: the working service margin is 0.68%, and the final receive amount can follow market movement during conversion.
Fixed rate: the working service margin is 1.08%, and the quoted conditions can be held for up to 12 minutes when a fixed quote is available for the route.
Public quotes refresh every 12 seconds before order creation. The live form and active order are authoritative for the current route. Static examples on the website do not override the conditions shown for an individual exchange.
For more detail, see fixed vs floating crypto exchange rates.
Minimums, Maximums and Availability
The service-wide starting minimum is from $9 equivalent, and the service-wide maximum is up to 6 BTC equivalent per exchange.
These figures do not guarantee that every route supports the full range at all times. Liquidity, network conditions and provider availability can result in a higher minimum, lower maximum or temporary route unavailability.
Automated exchange flow is available 24/7, but individual pairs or networks can be unavailable at a particular time. The live form remains authoritative.
Blockchain Networks and Addresses
You are responsible for selecting the correct blockchain network and entering a compatible receiving address.
When an asset exists on multiple networks, the network selected in the order must match the network used by the sending or receiving wallet as applicable. The fact that two assets share the same ticker or an address looks similar does not make the networks interchangeable.
A confirmed blockchain transaction may be irreversible. Do not send funds to an address or network that differs from the order instructions.
For Tether routes, see how to choose the correct USDT network. For cross-chain mechanics, see how cross-chain crypto swaps work.
Deposit Amount and Order Details
Send the amount required by the order using the generated deposit details. Sending a different amount can affect the expected payout or require separate handling.
If the amount sent does not match the order, the resulting action depends on the route, order state and available processing path. Do not send a second deposit unless the order flow or support process explicitly instructs you to do so.
Processing and Confirmations
Typical exchange processing takes 5–21 minutes after the required source-network confirmations under normal conditions. This is not a guaranteed completion time.
Blockchain congestion, confirmation delays, route availability, incorrect transaction details, payout-network conditions and compliance review can extend processing.
The live order status should be used to track the current transaction. See the delayed crypto swap guide for common order stages.
Conditional Verification and Transaction Review
Routine KYC is not the standard starting requirement for an eligible crypto-to-crypto exchange, but transaction-specific review may apply under AML, KYT, sanctions, fraud or other risk controls.
If a review requires additional information or verification, processing may be delayed until the applicable review is resolved. The service does not guarantee that every transaction can always be completed without additional checks.
Attempting to evade transaction-risk controls, sanctions restrictions or other applicable controls is prohibited.
Refunds
When an exchange cannot be completed before payout and the applicable order supports a refund, funds may be returned to a user-provided refund address.
Refund timing can depend on blockchain status, review and applicable network fees. A refund is a separate outgoing blockchain transaction rather than a reversal of the original confirmed deposit.
See crypto exchange refunds for the practical explanation.
Prohibited Use
You may not use the service for fraudulent, abusive, sanctioned or otherwise prohibited activity. You may not attempt to interfere with the website, manipulate the exchange flow, submit false information during a required review or use the service to evade applicable controls.
You are responsible for determining whether your use of the service is permitted where you are located and for complying with requirements that apply to you.
Third-Party Infrastructure
Exchange execution may rely on blockchain networks, liquidity, routing or other external technical infrastructure. Availability and timing can be affected by systems that exchangenokyc.io does not directly control.
External services and websites have their own terms and policies.
Information on the Website
Pair pages and Wiki guides explain exchange mechanics and help users complete a route. They are not investment, legal, tax or accounting advice.
Price movement, blockchain conditions and provider requirements can change. The current exchange form and order instructions take priority over old static examples for an active transaction.
Limitation of Service Guarantees
To the extent permitted by applicable law, the service does not guarantee uninterrupted route availability, a specific blockchain confirmation time, a specific market price outside the applicable quote conditions or recovery from an incorrectly addressed blockchain transaction.
Nothing in these Terms overrides rights or obligations that cannot legally be excluded under applicable law.
Changes to These Terms
These Terms may be updated when the service, exchange infrastructure or applicable requirements change. The published version in effect when you use the website should be reviewed before creating an order.
Related Policies and Contact
These Terms should be read together with the Cookies & Privacy Policy, AML & Conditional Verification Policy and Crypto Exchange Disclaimer.
